Hey! We’ve got a lovely big room available in our flat just 2 minutes from Battersea Park.

About the room:
• Second floor, super bright with three large windows
• Comes with a bed + mattress, otherwise unfurnished so you can make it your own
• Rest of the flat is fully furnished and comfy

The flat:
• Shared with 2 chilled, friendly flatmates (both work as GMs in wine bars 🍷)
• Into sports, the occasional drink, and movie nights, they also have friends over from time to time
• Kitchen’s got everything you need – dishwasher, washing machine, all appliances
• Overall vibe: laid-back, respectful, but sociable when time allows

The area:
• Battersea Park is literally around the corner (2 mins walk)
• Tesco Express & Sainsbury’s nearby for all the essentials
• 10 mins walk to Battersea Power Station (Northern line)
• 3 mins to buses into Central London – super easy for commuting

The boring bits:
• This is a contract takeover, minimum stay 6 months
• Chance to renew depending on how things go
• Rent: £1150+ bills (including council tax) ~£80-100

We’re looking for someone who’s easy-going, tidy, and happy to share a relaxed home. Male preferred.

The only reason I am living this wonderful place is because I am moving back in with my family, otherwise it has been a lovely home. The fact that it’s so close to the park and the Power Station means there is always something to do, the neighbourhood is safe and full of lovely cafes and bakeries. There’s a 30 min bus ride to Clapham if you are interested in going to bars, clubs or the nightlife in general.

The room is not suited for students, WFH or couples.
This is a lively home with a social, energetic vibe — best suited for someone who enjoys a fun, outgoing lifestyle rather than a quiet retreat.
