I’m renting a newly refurbished quiet and bright double private ensuite bedroom with a garden view and a super comfortable bed. It's on the first floor with a newly fitted full shared kitchen with w/m and d/w etc. it is 5 mins from Battersea Bridge and the Park with good transport links, cafes, supermarkets etc, Battersea Square with its lively restaurants is 5 mins walk. There is also a lounge area, breakfast bar, smart TV and super fast wifi throughout the flat.

Just 5 minutes walk from Battersea Park, there are great transport links with buses, lovely shops and cafes in the local area . Available from end of April.
I am looking for a quiet professional person to share the flat with. I am a ski instructor so work away a lot, you would have the flat to yourself a lot of the time. My family lives on the ground floor.


All bills included and a cleaner that comes twice a month and also changes the linen (you wash dirty linen for turnaround).
This flat is on the 1st floor of a beautiful Georgian home with automatic outdoor lighting and Banham locks and is very secure.

We are very close to Chelsea, RCA etc with good transport (tube 15 mins, Uber boat 5 mins walk, Victoria 10 mins, Clapham Junction 15mins). Battersea Village 2 mins walk and Coop 5 mins walk, not to mention the beautiful Battersea Park is 5 minutes walk.

Working from home welcome 2/3 days or by agreement.
