Hello! My flat mate is moving out of my lovely 2-bed flat in Battersea, 2 mins from Battersea Park. I am looking for someone to replace her from 20th December.
The Room
- Double room with ensuite bathroom (shower and bath) and private balcony
- Plenty of storage in double wardrobes and set of drawers
- The room is £1350 per month and bills come to around £135-£145 a month
- Deposit of 6 weeks rent and referencing will be required
The Housemate
- Hi I am Rachael, I am 31 and work as a nurse in London. I am looking for a friendly, clean and tidy flat mate. I am pretty easy going and I enjoy Pilates and yoga, dinners out and also quiet nights in cooking/ watching new series.
The Location
- The flat is located just off Battersea Park Road, 2 mins away from Battersea Park!
- It’s a 15 min walk to Battersea Power station tube. Or 10 mins to Battersea park / queens town road station.
- The flat has a furnished kitchen / living area with a main bathroom.
