Double Room - Battersea Park / Chelsea

Double room available in a new build (we’ve only just moved in). Next to Battersea Park, Thames river and Chelsea.

Fast WiFi.
Underfloor heating.
Air conditioning.

ROOM
The room comes furnished with a double bed, Emma mattress, two bedside tables, a desk, chair and mirrored wardrobe.
- Main bathroom with shower/bath (shared but we hardly use it as we have an ensuite).

SHARED SPACE
- Open plan kitchen and lounge
- Winter garden / dining area (sits 6-8 people)
- Laundry area with washing machine/tumble dryer.
The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, induction hobs, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and an air fryer.
The Lounge has a very large corner sofa with a smart projector instead of a tv. We do also have a 32inch TV if you’d like to have one in your bedroom.

LOOKING FOR:
Ideally someone in their late 20s to 30s for a short term stay (flexible on dates). Kind, clean and considerate. Preferably someone who doesn’t work from home full-time and doesn’t mind working from their bedroom.
To note: There is only space in your bedroom for your belongings. You’ll also have a cupboard in the kitchen and bathroom.

HOUSEMATES
I live there and I have my boyfriend and his two dogs who stay either me quite frequently.
I’m friendly and sociable. I do like having friends over and the occasional dinner party. Equally fairly chilled and like having downtime + movie nights.
I like going to the gym, taking the dogs for a walk along the river or next door in Battersea park I enjoy the local pub (Prince Albert), good food and generally exploring London.

AREA
5min walk to Battersea Park and the Thames river.
5min walk to Shops, Pubs, Cafes, Hairdressers, Gym, Doctors + more.

TRAVEL
- Bus stops outside the house
- Tubes: Clapham Junction or Battersea
- Temporarily parking spot (not sure for how long).
- E-cycle on our road and usually stocked.
- Zipcar which belongs outside our house.
