Battersea Power-Station Flat

Hi there!

I’m a 32-year-old female looking for a friendly, easy-going flatmate (and hopefully friend!) to share my beautiful modern flat right opposite Battersea Power Station.

A bit about me, I work as an Events Manager for a finance & insurance company (our offices are based in Sky Garden, and yes, that means Sky Garden perks). I usually work from home four days a week, and I’m quite an active, social person. Most evenings you’ll find me running, at the gym (Third Space is literally 2 minutes away!), catching up with friends, or trying a new restaurant. I love a movie night, good food, and the occasional glass of win, especially if it’s shared with great company.

Home is my calm and cosy space, so I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful, and enjoys a relaxed but sociable home, whether that’s chatting over dinner, a gym class, or the occasional board game or walk along the river.

You’ll also be happy to know the flat (and I!) come fully equipped with beautiful Christmas decorations, priorities, right? 🎄

The Room:
🛏️ Double bedroom with floor-to-ceiling wardrobe (loads of storage), a brand-new solid wood bed and mattress with under-bed storage.

The Flat:
🏠 Top-floor apartment with high-spec interiors and open-plan living space.
🍳 Modern kitchen with all the essentials (including the infamous Ninja Air Fryer), dining area, and comfy sofa bed.
🌇 Private balcony & bike storage
🧺 Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all bills included - plus household essentials like cleaning supplies and handwash.

The Area:
🚇 3 mins to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line)
🚶‍♀️ 15 mins to Vauxhall, 25 mins to Victoria
🛍️ Surrounded by amazing gyms, cafes, restaurants, riverside walks, and parks.

Rent is £1,500 PCM (all in), and I’m flexible on the move-in date, finding the right fit is more important to me than timing.
