Hi everyone! Me (26) and Anna (25) are looking for a sociable flatmate to join us in our 3 bed flat in Battersea Park ✨
A bit about us: I work in finance (in the office x2 a week) and Anna works remotely in marketing/social media. We both love exercising (I’m a runner and Anna is a cyclist), and we love going to the pub and coffee/brunch on weekends! We are both clean and tidy, and we’re looking for someone equally as tidy as us. We both have busy social lives of our own, but ideally we’d love to find someone to become friends with rather than just co-existing!
The flat is situated right next to Battersea Park in one of the mansion blocks, so the location is perfect for walks, runs and Pear Tree Saturdays! It’s also a few minutes’ walk from both Battersea Park and Queenstown Road stations, and about 10 minutes away from the Northern Line at Battersea Power Station underground.
You would be taking over the tenancy from 14th December, and the price is £1,175 pcm (excluding bills).
There’s also an option to purchase the double bed and mattress from the tenant who’s leaving.
