Double Room – Opposite Battersea Park

We live directly opposite Battersea Park, moments from Albert Bridge - in one of the area’s most sought-after locations. We’re a Singaporean–Malaysian professional couple offering a beautifully furnished double room in our calm, well-kept home, ideal for a respectful, tidy working professional looking for a peaceful and well-maintained space.

The bedroom is fully furnished, featuring a double wooden bed frame in a walnut finish from John Lewis, paired with a Silentnight Recover Miracoil Support extra-firm mattress purchased in 2025. It also includes a mattress protector, wardrobe, bin, shoe rack, clothes drying rack, swivel chair and bedside table - everything you need for a comfortable and well-equipped space.
Our shared spaces - living room, kitchen and dining area - are furnished to a high standard and kept exceptionally clean.

There is one bathroom shared between three adults (you + us). Right now it’s just the two of us using it, and we keep it exceptionally clean. With a quiet household and naturally staggered routines, bathroom access is expected to be smooth and hassle-free.

This is a peaceful, elegant home. Not a party flat - better suited to someone office-based who enjoys quiet evenings and a relaxed, respectful living environment.

ABOUT US
We’re professionals with busy schedules and a preference for a tidy, harmonious home.
We also have a gentle 16-year-old mini schnauzer who is handicapped but very sweet. She wears a nappy 24/7, has no teeth, and is friendly with everyone.
There are no other lodgers - just the two of us.

All household bills are included - electricity, gas, water, council tax, TV licence and high-speed internet - for a simple, stress-free arrangement.
