A double room in a three-bed flat on a council block in Battersea Park. We're on the ground floor so there's a big patio garden! We have a decent sized kitchen with lots of surface space, as well as washing machine and dishwasher.

Some furniture will stay in the room - the bed, mattress, headboard storage and white wardrobe will be available to whoever moves in.

The lounge is kitted out with a great movie-watching setup and the flat has plenty of windows to let all of the natural light in. We have both an upstairs bathroom with shower and a downstairs toilet.

This is a friendly and chilled flat. We work pretty hard - Joe is a TV editor and Dee is in events - so it's a nice space to unwind at the end of the day. Film cub is every Monday and we're very partial to a pub quiz or a gig night.

We're looking for looking for someone who wants a relaxed and respectful house- we enjoy our own space and understand that other people do too, but we’re very sociable.

The flat is a few mins walk from the beautiful Battersea Park. Transport links are excellent with Battersea Park Station a 5 min walk for the overground, Battersea Power Station 10 min walk on the Northern Line, and 10 mins from Clapham Junction on the bus (big Asda + big Lidl, big win). There is a Tesco Express on the estate and a Sainsbury's Local in walking distance.

It's a Council Tax Band A property. Spare Room insisted we tell you that, please do what you wish with that info.
