Short-term rental.

We are renting a double room (new mattress) in a large, cosy and pleasant 3-bedroom flat in Battersea for a short period. We are looking for someone to rent it from the first week of December for 5 weeks. The room is bright and cosy. It is furnished. The property has a large living room and kitchen, two bathrooms (two showers) and a lovely
back garden.
Location:
A 5-minute walk from Battersea. 15 minutes from Clapham Junction station (Overground). Many buses to Victoria, Sloane Square, Piccadilly, Brixton, Peckham.
Price:

Double room £250 per week. All bills included (water, electricity, gas, council tax).
Currently, two students from Imperial College live in the flat, and I am travelling and will return on 15 January.
No couples or pets allowed, smoking is permitted in the back garden.
We are very respectful of each other's private space, but we also enjoy having dinner together in our cosy living room. We are quiet and friendly people, and the house is kept clean and tidy.
