Fully furnished double bedroom available in a three bed 2nd floor flat beside Battersea Park - includes a wardrobe, drawers and a bedside table.
Sharing with two girls - Grace and Katia working in marketing/sales. We both work from the office 3/4 days per week. We’re looking for someone to join our home until July 11.
About us:
Grace (30) is from Ireland and loves long walks, Pilates, watching cringe TV, drinking Guinness, exploring London and going out.
Katia (28) from France. I enjoy staying active (occasional runner, boxer, and spin enthusiast) as well as travelling and hosting dinners with friends. I’m also a churchgoer and value a balanced, respectful lifestyle.
Bills are around £90-100 per month.
The flat is about 5 minutes from Albert Bridge, and 10 minutes from Kings Road. It’s right next to Battersea Park and you can walk to Sloane Square (District & Circle line), South Kensington (District & Circle line, Piccadilly line), Battersea Power Station (Northern line) and Clapham Junction (overground) all in under 30 minutes. There is also a bus stop right outside the flat on Battersea Bridge Road with frequent buses (and a night bus).
