One room is becoming available in a cosy and well-kept flat shared with two flatmates. We’re in our 30s and working full-time.
The flat is located in Battersea in a quiet area, about 5 minutes south of the park. It’s around a 20-minute walk to the Overground, and there are buses 5 minutes away that go to Victoria, Clapham Junction, and Liverpool Street. Battersea Power Station is about a 20-minute walk.
All amenities (shops, supermarkets, gyms, etc.) are within 5–10 minutes walking distance.
Rent is £735 per month plus bills. Council tax is £73 per month in total split across three flatmates (band C). We’re ideally looking for someone who would like to stay long-term. Move-in date is 15th February.
We like to keep the flat calm, clean and tidy, and are looking for a like-minded flatmate 😊
