The Details

Rent/Deposit: 1 month’s rent upfront + 1 month’s deposit.

Bills: Broadband is included in the rent. Other bills (Utilities & Council Tax Band C) are split, averaging roughly £100–£160 per month.

Requirements: Professional non-smokers only. Single occupancy.

Admin: Private landlord (no agency fees). Standard income/credit checks apply; a guarantor may be required.
