Cozy Double Room in Battersea

I am sadly leaving my room and lovely flatmates Teddy, Roza and Myles in this stunning, quaint Battersea flat as I'm relocating for work. We are looking for someone to take over from the end of March (with possibility to move in one or two weeks earlier). Everyone is always busy at work but we are quite a social house and enjoy cooking together and watching movies in our cute comfy living room.
We would ideally prefer a girl to keep the balance of the flat but not strictly.
The flat has a spacious garden with a barbecue great for the coming warm months, all appliances in the house are new and functional, including dishwasher and a big tv.

The room features a huge mirrored wardrobe and different sets of drawers, a double bed, two beside tables and a desk that I'll leave behind. With lots of storage and communal spaces this flat really is great value for money!

On the boring side: the letting agent will run the usual checks and ask you to provide evidence of sufficient income or a guarantor, the contract is a 1 year lease with possibility of renewal, happy to give you more details on this!
