The room is available immediately, and you would be taking over the lease from our previous flatmate through July 11th, with the option to renew for another year.
Sharing with two girls - Grace and Katia working in marketing/sales. We both work from the office 3/4 days per week. We’re looking for someone to join our home.
About us:
Grace (30) is from Ireland and loves long walks, Pilates, watching cringe TV, drinking Guinness, exploring London and going out.
Katia (28) from France. I enjoy staying active (occasional runner, boxer, and spin enthusiast) as well as travelling and hosting dinners with friends. I’m also a churchgoer and value a balanced, respectful lifestyle.
Bills are around £90-100 per month.
The flat is about 5 minutes from Albert Bridge, and 10 minutes from Kings Road. It’s right next to Battersea Park and you can walk to Sloane Square (District & Circle line), South Kensington (District & Circle line, Piccadilly line), Battersea Power Station (Northern line) and Clapham Junction (overground) all in under 30 minutes. There is also a bus stop right outside the flat on Battersea Bridge Road with frequent buses (and a night bus).
To pass referencing you must earn over £31,800 and be in full time employment.
