Big double room in SW11 4LE (couples welcome)

Hi guys! Jan here. I currently live in 77, park court along with my roomie but due to work reasons we are planning to move from our beautiful double bedroom.

The rent is 953 +bills which comes around 80 per person/month (which is fairly cheap considering the area). The battersea power station is literally 5 mins walk from here and we have the northern line too. Everything you need is within walking distance. There is a sainsbury and tesco nearby too.

There are 2 other guys living in the flat who are chill and minds their own business at most of the times. Our tenancy runs until October and you have the liberty to renew and extend it after that. We need people to move in by the end of this month (march!)
