I’ve been living here for a few years and will be moving out soon, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. It’s a great place in a really convenient location, and I’ve really enjoyed my time here.

A few highlights:
- Plenty of amenities nearby including Tesco, a Post Office, and various takeaway spots

- Excellent transport links with two train stations close by, plus Battersea Power Station just a 10-minute walk away

- A lovely view from the flat

- Two toilets, which makes sharing much more convenient

- Spacious kitchen with plenty of room to cook and store things

Bills:
Council tax, internet, water, and energy are not included and usually come to around £50–£80 per month, depending on the season.
