The Tenants
The current tenants are two males and two females in their late 20s to early 30s. They are working professionals from the UK, Italy, and Brazil.

The Apartment
There is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment offers plenty of storage and an artistic corridor with pictures on the walls. The house is kept very clean and tidy so that you feel at home. It is a quiet apartment with very respectful tenants.

The Transport
The 44, 319, 344, 345, 49, 19, and 137 bus routes are within easy reach of Clapham Junction, as well as King's Road and Victoria, with their bars, coffee shops, and bustling town centres. It is up to a 7-minute walk to Battersea Park Rail Station and Queenstown Road Station.

The Bills
Electricity, gas (on a key meter), and household materials are not included. These usually total about £15–£40 per month, depending on the season.
