Double room in beautiful flat

I’m moving out of my current flat and looking for someone to fill my room.

It’s a super modern 2 bed flat on the 5th floor (of 6) right next to Battersea Park and a 5 min walk to Battersea Power Station tube. Also only a 5 min walk to Queenstown Road overground so plenty of transport links.

You’ll be living with my lovely flatmate, Advita, who works in tech consulting based in the City & will often work from home in her own space (not communal areas).

The room is a large double (king size bed) with more than enough space to work from home. It gets lots of light throughout the day and has plenty of storage. You also have your own large bathroom, with a rainfall shower over bath.

The common spaces are great - the living area has a balcony which is perfect for summer evenings. We have a big kitchen, which is a separate room to the living area & again lets a lot of light in.

Bills are approx. £150 per month - you benefit from Wandsworth’s cheap council tax! Our property manager and building maintenance are super responsive so we’ve never had any issues.

Deposit is the usual 5 weeks of rent.

I’ve had the best time living here as it’s such a lovely area, with lots of restaurants, cafe’s, gyms & of course Battersea Park and all the shops at the Power Station!! I am moving to Aus so can be relatively flexible with move-in dates but I’ll likely be out by 10th October - we can chat more about dates if you’re interested :)
