The bedroom has a double bed and a spacious triple-door wardrobe, and receives plenty of sunlight through its westward window. The room is spacious enough to easily provide a desk, plants, and any other furniture you wish to install due to its size (13 sqm) and high ceiling (2.8 m)

There are 2 bathrooms in the flat (each include a sink, toilet & shower), and a common area that has a large kitchen (including a dishwasher, 2 fridge freezers, oven, microwave, washing machine and lots of personal storage space) & a large walnut dining table with comfortable chairs.

Regarding transportation nearby railway and underground stations include (walking distance in minutes):
Battersea Power Station (Northern line tube station) - 5 minutes
Battersea Park Station (Southern line railway station) - 1 minute
Queenstown Road (Southwestern line railway station) - 3 minutes

The bus station in front of the flat provides direct connections to Victoria, Vauxhall, Sloan Square (Chelsea), and Marble Arch (Oxford Street), Clapham, etc.

My flatmates are all proven to be respectful, social, tidy, and well mannered people.

The bills are £55 per month.

Move-in date is open to negotiation as the current tenant can move out earlier.
