Single room - great location

Single room in a 4-bedroom property with 3 male tenants. They’ve all been living here for over a year, with some having been here for a few years, so we don’t have people moving in and out very often — and would rather keep it that way.

I’m looking for the right fit, as the current tenants get on well, are respectful and keep the house tidy and peaceful. I know they would ideally prefer another male professional, so someone with a similar lifestyle would probably be the best fit.

The location is great too — both Battersea Park and Queenstown Road stations are about a 5-minute walk away, as is Battersea Park itself.
