📍Location: Battersea
- About a 15 min walk to Battersea Power Station (Northern Line)
- 7 min walk to Battersea Park Station
- Lots of buses in the area (44 and 344 stop outside flat)
- 3 min walk to Battersea Park
- Easy access to Clapham and Central London
- Flat is next to a large Tesco Express
- Spoilt for choice for pubs (def mention if you like a pub quiz🤭)

💃About us:
- ✨Tilly (she/her, 21)- I’ve just graduated from UCL with a degree in Politics, Sociology, and East European Studies and I’m intending to work in politics/ public affairs. I love a drag show/ competition (also occasionally doing drag👀) and I also LOVE a pub quiz (Battersea has a lot of them🥳)
- ✨Griff (he/him, 23)- just graduated from UCA with a degree in Music Business and Management. Currently working at Everyman (which means free cinema tix!!🎟️). He loves all sorts of music and live gigs
- ✨Elizabeth (she/her, 24)- currently in the final year of her Masters in Innovation Design Engineering at RCA and Imperial. Outside of studying she plays Water Polo🤽‍♀️

🛌 About the room:
Room includes a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, west facing window.

🏰About the flat:
A four bedroom flat with one bedroom on the first floor (your room) and three bedrooms on the second floor. There’s also a small living room (with a big tv) and a kitchen on the first floor, we also have a washing machine/ tumble dryer. Two shared toilets across both floors. The landlord is really responsive and is very quick with repairs when necessary.

♿️Accessibility info:
- 7th floor of tower block with lift access
- 2 story flat (room advertised is on the first floor. There’s a toilet on the first floor and a bathroom with shower/ bath on the second floor. 11 steps to the second floor.)
- There are two heavy electric doors to pass through to get to the flat (one in the entrance to the building and one in the corridor to our flat)
