I am renting out a spacious, double bedroom en-suite, in a light & airy, peaceful Battersea flat. It is available now until Sept 22nd as that’s when I’m selling & moving out.

Bills are all included so the total listed is the final amount.

This space available is a one large bedroom, one bathroom. The bedroom has a desk in it now too.

The separate living room area and separate kitchen would be communal shared spaces with myself (as it’s a total 2 bed 2 bathroom split level flat so I’m upstairs on a different level).

All spaces are fully equipped & very comfortable however there isn’t room for additional furniture.

It is available from the date shown and I'm flexible on dates as I’m a live-in landlord. It would be sharing with myself - I have a separate bedroom / bathroom area upstairs from the main flat so lots of space for two people to share the living room and kitchen areas. I have flatshared for years and repsect the space but equally nice to have the odd chat from time to time.

Lovely walk into central too via the park. Many different bus options to Clapham, Vauxhall, Victoria, Central london etc Plus the river boat service and the gorgeous Battersea Power Station complex.

About me:
I bought the flat 9 years ago & have renovated it since so there is nothing left to do now. I work from home a few days a week but mostly out early and working in the office all day.

The flat has complete energy, electrical & gas safety certificates.
