I am renting out my spacious spare room en-suite in my top floor, light & airy, peaceful flat. New carpets, renovations & paint throughout.

The room is available short term or ongoing, full time or Monday to Friday.
Available February 2021.

Rent for a full week is £1,150 pcm for short term lets.
Or £650 pcm for Monday to Friday (4 nights).

I'm flexible on dates as own the apartment myself. I tend to work out if the flat most days and cook at home some of the evenings. So often handy leftovers as I always make too much.

Bills are all included (council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV licence, broadband).

The bedroom has a double bed, lots of storage including large double mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookshelves etc. Room is 4. 85 x 3m plus new sash double glazed windows, curtains as well as blinds. It has high ceilings and lots of space.

The ensuite bathroom to this bedroom is a good size with a powerful overhead shower over the large (good for tall people) bath, sink, loo, cupboards & tiled floor.

Kitchen: a gas hob, oven and large fridge/ freezer, microwave, washing machine/dryer and fitted dishwasher (kettle, toaster, pots & pans etc)

AREA: A short walk from beautiful Battersea Park, the Thames & minutes from cycle hire. 10 min walk to Battersea Park & Queenstown Road overland stations or the King's Road, 5 min bus from Clapham Junction trains.
Lovely walk into central too via the park. Many different bus options to Clapham, Vauxhall, Victoria, Central london etc Plus the river boat service and the gorgeous Battersea Power Station complex.

About me:
I bought the flat six years ago & have renovated it since so there is nothing left to do now. I live in the flat & work from an upstairs study a few days a week but tend to be out 3+ days for work too. I tend to socialise towards the end of the week & exercise before work in the mornings.

Ideally looking for someone who also works some days out of the flat, who respects the shared spaces and likes a clean environment.

The flat has complete energy, electrical & gas safety certified as of May 2020.
