Location: very close to Gallions Reach DLR station in a new building/neighbourhood by the water.
The flat is furnished, it has all mod cons, and it is very easy to get from here into town, 12 min to Canning Town plus night buses, 6-7 min by DLR to Custom House for the Elizabeth Line. There is a supermarket nearby and there are a couple of bigger supermarkets/shopping areas a few bus stops away. A couple of gyms too within walking distance. Limited parking though I'm afraid. London city airport, London Excel and East London university are very close by.
There is a TV, a washer drier, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and good storage place; also a balcony with table & chairs. The flat cannot come unfurnished.
Do get in touch, I am happy and quite flexible to work something out as well as provide any reassurances or information you may need.
My previous tenants can confirm they have been very happy living here.
