About the place:

Open plan kitchen-living room, double bedroom (king size bed) and balcony. No parking.

You would have the whole place to yourself.

It would be helpful to have messages from accounts with photos and with some information about your circumstances.

I am flexible about the length of the stay. The flat is in fact ready for a potential short term stay with everything you may need, in early January 2025.

Location: very close to Gallions Reach DLR station in a new building/neighbourhood by the water.

The flat is furnished, it has all mod cons, and it is very easy to get from here into town, 12 min to Canning Town plus night buses, 6-7 min by DLR to Custom House for the Elizabeth Line. There is a supermarket nearby and there are a couple of bigger supermarkets/shopping areas a few bus stops away. A couple of gyms too within walking distance. Limited parking though I'm afraid. London city airport, London Excel and East London university are very close by.

There is a TV, a washer drier, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and good storage place; also a balcony with table & chairs. The flat cannot come unfurnished.
