I have 1 ensuite double room to rent in a 2 bedroom flat share in the Beckton/Gallion's Reach/ Royal Docks area.
This flat is located in a quiet development and in close proximity of Gallion's Reach DLR station (5 mins), with nearby links for the Elizabeth Line.
The room is partly-furnished with a king size bed and 2 bedside tables.
Bills are not included in the rent. Utility bills include council tax, heating/hot water, electricity, water and broadband which is roughly £170 a month (goes down slightly in warmer months).
This flat would suit either someone social or someone who keeps there selves to themselves due to having a nice open plan living area and an ensuite room.
The current make-up of the household is 1 sociable black man in his 30s. It is really important my new housemate is POC friendly!! I am looking for either a male/female flatmate who is extremely clean, tidy and friendly so they can fit easily into my home. I work from home for the majority of my working week. I am extremely easy going, like to go to the gym, socialise and generally enjoy ourselves but I do have a high standard of a clean and clear living environment. I would love a housemate to vibe with and who's energy aligns with mine.
Our landlords are based abroad so the property is managed by a property management company who professional and quick to correct any queries/issues.
