Outside the apartment building is a small park, a restaurant, a gym and a convenience store. Around the corner is a dry cleaners, nail salon, pilates studio, beauty salon and a Co-op right next to the station. There are a couple of cafes roughly 10 minutes walk away which are great for wfh.
There are multiple retail parks in the area. One stop on the DLR takes you to Beckton which has Beckton Retail Park (Asda, Lidl, Home Bargains, Iceland etc). You can also walk 15 minutes/bus 5 minutes from the flat to Gallions Reach Retail Park (Tesco, Superdrug, Boots, Pure Gym, H&M, Nandos etc).

Custom House station is 10 minutes away by DLR or 20 minutes by bus. Canary Wharf and Westfield Stratford are also easily accessible by transport (about 20 minutes). Woolwich is also very easy to get to via bus 10 minutes/walk 20 minutes to King George V DLR Station and then one stop to Woolwich Arsenal.

I have been living in this flat for the past 3 years and am looking for someone to continue the tenancy with, as my current flatmate is relocating to China. I work in events management, radio production, run a creative collective and love spending time with my friends so I am quite a busy bee! I do not always get to spend alot of time at home but when I am, I like to crack open a bottle of wine, make some good food and chill. I am very clean, tidy and easy-going so just looking for someone similar. The flat is already fully furnished but I have added some furniture of my own to make it more homely.
