Do you need a happy, warm, and clean Double Room only seven minutes walk to a DLR station?
We are an easy-going share house, looking for a flatmate right now who want to stay and make a home. Our home has two showers, a bath and two toilets a cleaning roster to add to the quality of life.

The house has a fresh start of new tenants and so you can create a comfortable happy home together by helping select the other flat mates if you are interested.

A cleaning roster to facilitate keeping your home nice and clean!

The monthly rent is £775 or £900 for two sharing, and the Deposit is £890 or £1000 for a couple which can be reduced, details are below.

NOTE: Reducing your deposit amount is meant to be temporary while allowing you to save up your deposit. The idea is to allow you to get the room without needing the whole deposit. In essence for each £100 reduction in deposit, it is a £10 increase in rent.

The Council Tax band is E and the cost is included in the rent. Electricity and Gas is not included and is approximately £40 per month. We plan on hiring a cleaner to clean every two weeks which will probably cost you £15 per month. General household cleaning and consumables come to £10 each per month, arranged between flatmates.
