NOTE: Reducing your deposit amount is meant to be temporary while allowing you to save up your deposit. The idea is to allow you to get the room without needing the whole deposit. In essence for each £100 reduction in deposit, it is a £10 increase in rent.

The Council Tax band is E and the cost is included in the rent. Electricity and Gas is not included and is approximately £40 per month. General household cleaning and consumables come to £10 each per month which is arranged between your flat mates.
