-2 minute walk from lovely river views
-We are on the ground floor (no stairs yay!)
-The room is newly painted and refurbed, furnished
-You will be sharing a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, shared living area and ground floor terrace

About my mother (flat owner):
- originally from Lithuania, also Russian speaking
- works as a bar manager at the RAC
- no remote work, so prefers someone who also is fully working in office

Dog lovers preferred!
