Ensuite double in 2 bed riverside apartment

I have a large en-suite room available in this beautiful riverside apartment & am looking for a mature, reliable & trustworthy flatmate in full time employment (no fully remote workers). Looking for a flatmate that knows how to keep a clean home & doesn’t need training on the basics of cleanliness (VERY important!). I’m looking for someone relatively quiet that respects a peaceful household.
