Single Room in Cyprus - Fun, Friendly Flatshare !

Looking for a new home and probably with a Latin flair? We have a cozy single room opening up in our awesome 3-bedroom flat in E16, starting November 3rd! And this Latina is hoping another lovely lady will join our little family! 😊

Kindly note this advert is NOT exclusive to Latinos. All are welcomed.

Here's the inside scoop:

* The Room: A comfortable single room that comes fully furnished with a brand new mattress, reading desk and chair, chest of drawers, night stand, and a standing wardrobe.

* Cost: The room is £750 per month, plus an estimated £60 for bills.

* Our Casa: It's a brand-new apartment with everything you need: two bathrooms (the main one is HUGE!), a modern kitchen, and TWO living rooms!

* Living Room #1 (Movie Magic): Think of it as our personal cinema! We have a fantastic sound system for the best movie nights! 🍿🎬

* Living Room #2 (Dining & Chill): Our dining room doubles as a second living area! Perfect for chilling, playing board games and chatting.

* Entertainment Galore: We're hooked up with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and other apps in both living rooms! Plus, we have all the board games: (Snakes & Ladders, Monopoly, Jenga, Uno, Chess), you name it! And if you're sporty, we have tennis, badminton, ping pong, pickle-ball – everything! 🎾🏸🏓

* The Vibe: We're currently a mix of fun, friendly professionals (two ladies and a guy ) In tech, finance and a law graduate. working around Canary Wharf in the banking sector. Sadly one of us is leaving hence this advert a replacement for her room. We love music, movies, game nights, the occasional friends around and, of course, Some of us indulge SALSA! you're not expected to partake, but do expect some Latin flavour in the air! 💃🕺🎶 . If your not down with Bad bunny or the Latin vibe, you'll be encouraged to bring your own vibe. All are welcomed, its the vibe that counts.

* The View: Our balcony has the most amazing views! Perfect for a morning coffee or evening chill. We at times have Breakfasts or Dinners on the Balcony.🌇 ( We already got some hammocks for optimum relaxation.)

* The Location: Super convenient! We're just a few minutes' walk from Cyprus Station and Gallions Reach (E16 postcode). A jog away from the Excel (Custom House) 10 mins away from Canning Town (Jubilee Line) and 14 mins from Canary Wharf. A Starbucks Cafe round the corner, The famous SportsDock at the UEL. boasting of a Gym and other indoors activities. and a lovely Vegan Chocolate cafe within a few minutes walking distance.

* Lady Preference: Our friend who's moving out (from that single room) and I would really prefer another lady as a replacement. We just think it'll keep the balance and help keep things nice and tidy! 😉

* Important: Just so you know, though all potential interests are welcomed, the final decision on who moves in is up to us Ladies in the flat! We want someone who'll fit in with our vibe!

* We're a pretty relaxed household, but there's never a boring moment! If you're tidy, friendly, love to laugh, and (though not essential) maybe even have a little Latin rhythm in your soul, get in touch! We'd love to meet you!
