I’m subletting my 2 bed 2 bath flat for a flexible period (per agreement).

The first room is a spacious ensuite room with a private patio. It comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and desk.

The second room comes with a double bed, desk with chair and spacious wardrobe.

The flat is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary, including appliances, fully equipped kitchen, WIFI and TV.

The development also features a resident gym, work hub and concierge.

The closest bus stop is a 2 min walk away. Elizabeth line is roughly a 10 min bus ride away.

I’m looking for people that are going to treat the place with respect and care.
