The house locates in a well-lit residential area, nice neighborhood and local parks. Also it closes to many supermarkets (Asda, Sainsbury, Tesco), Stratford Westfield Shopping centre (20 mins by bus). Easy transport to Stratford, Bank or central London; stay right on the A13 if driving.
Looking for a nice, clean and respectful housemate. You also require to do a cleaning schedule on weekly basis (no more than 20 mins so don't need to be scared of) in order to maintain the house in good condition.
