A Spacious Room To Rent

I am a easy-going Asian Female a live in Landlady I don't stay much at home due to commitments, I am looking for a female tenant only to share my flat with NO COUPLES OR PETS PLEASE, NO VISITORS OVERNIGHT, reliable Visitors can only visit in the daytime & have to leave in the evening visitors such as family or friends can visit u & not to be a disturbance.

I have a Double Bedroom in a clean & spacious flat, for £70 a wk I can include food as well if desired for £10 a wk so the rent would be £80 a wk with food & all bills included, I require 1 wk rent & 1 wk deposit of £70, bills are included in the rent, u may use the washing machine & dryer, spare iron board & spare iron for your use & broadband is available, your deposit will be returned to u before u move.
I have a dining table & chair in the living room & a sofa, u may use the living room to have your food & watch television.
