Unfurnished room in an upper maisonette in the heart of Turnham Green. The flat is bright and spacious throughout, and has a sizeable garden with patio.

The room is unfurnished but comes with a walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage, thanks to the high ceilings and built in shelving. The room easily fits a double bed and desk, great for working from home! The room benefits from a large south facing window meaning lots of natural daylight throughout the year.

Shared use spacious kitchen/diner (washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, air fryer, microwave etc), huge living room and main bathroom (with bath and overhead shower).
The upper level has its own bathroom so generally you’d be sharing the main bathroom with one other person.

All furniture seen in the photos is shared use but has been purchased by the current tenants. Kitchen is also fully kitted out with utensils and crockery which we all share, although purchased by current tenants.
Flat is split level with two bedrooms on each floor.

As for us, we’re three 27-28 year old, professionals - 2 males, 1 female; one m/f couple - who’ve been in London between 4-6 years. We’re a sociable bunch but we love a night in playing board games as much as a trip to the pub, or days out at the weekend.

Flat is 10 minutes walk from Turnham Green underground, serviced by the district line (and Piccadilly line between 22:30 - 06:50). 15 minute walk to Chiswick High Road which has lots of nice restaurants, pubs and shops; as well as the famous Chiswick Market every Sunday.
