Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in this lovely shared house. Everyone here is genuinely so warm and easy to live with — the only reason I’m moving is due to moving in with a friend.

You’d be sharing the house with 3 full-time young professionals (2 girls + 1 guy), all super respectful and friendly.

The layout of the house is really convenient too:
🛁 2 bathrooms split across two floors
🏡 Each floor has 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom, so no morning queues or awkward bathroom run-ins — everyone gets their space!

We also have a monthly cleaner for communal areas, which keeps the house feeling fresh and tidy without much effort from us.

🚏Bus stop right outside the house taking you directly to Turnham Green or Chiswick Park for the District Line
🚏Or just a 4 min walk to another bus that takes you straight to Acton Main Line for the Elizabeth Line
🌃Close to Chiswick High Road with cafés, big Sainsbury’s Local, shops, and restaurants — 10 mins by bus from the house or a 20 min walk

Deposit: £100
Council Tax Contribution: £175 (paid at the start of the tenancy)
First and last month’s rent are required upfront.
This room is ideal for a full-time working professional who’s looking for a comfortable and well-kept home. Please note: the room is single occupancy and best suited for one person (not available for couples or students).
