Very confortable, clean and well furnished where you really can feel at home.
The building has a lobby with a concierge who will collect the post and parcel, the flat is at the third floor, which you can reach with the elevator.

I'm renting the whole flat not only one room, but you are free to find some to buddy up with.
Flat total : 2060€ rent per month + bills 150/200€ which includes gas, electricity, council tax, wifi.
The water is payed by the landlord.
You can decide how to split the rent between the two rooms.
