Young Professional wanted for Belgravia/Vic Flat!

looking for a female flatmate (landlord has specified female) to join us in a 3 bed flat in SW1 (belgravia/victoria).

£970+ bills (council tax and a cleaner once a fortnight)

Looking for a professional (landlord has requested) who works from home maximum 1-2 days per week (not full time). The flat is a 7 minute walk to Sloane Square tube and the Kings Road, and a 9 minute walk to Victoria station. Battersea Park is also around a 15 minute walk away.

The flat feels light and spacious with a small balcony and the living areas and bedrooms split across two floors. The available bedroom comes with a double bed and bedside table but also has space for a desk. A built in wadrobe sits just outside the room. There is also a spare desk in the living room.

1 Shared Bathroom.

Flatmates are both 29 and work in art/luxury PR and macro-ecronomic investment advisory. We’re both chilled/sociable individuals and tend to be earlier risers during the week for our gym/pilates schedules but love to host dinner parties on the weekends and enjoy having friends over time to time .

We’d love to find a new flatmate who is a similar age and enjoys similar things. We like spending time together as a house, but equally can respect each other’s space.
