I’m Sofia, 40 years old and I’m looking for someone to take the ensuite room. It’s got built in wardrobe, plus 2 wardrobes and the bed is queen size. The building has got porters 24/7, a gym and a sauna.
Move in date is mid November (can be adjusted).
The area is 15 minutes walk to Battersea Power Station, 10 minutes walk to Battersea Park and Sloan Square and 10 minutes walk to Victoria.
Am looking for someone who works from office 5 days a week.
It’s a 2 year tenancy with a 1 year break clause.
Since I'm 38, ideally I'd prefer someone close in age (ie over 30's), but it's not a deal breaker.
No couples or students.
