October - Short-Term Sublet In Belgravia

I am looking for a woman (no couples or men) to sublet my spare room in my apartment in Belgravia. I am renting the room from October onwards (if you need to move in asap, that’s possible too), available for a short term sublet of 1 - 3 months.

Monthly price is £2000. Bills included in the price. I will charge an additional £45 for cleaning when you move out.
The apartment is located in the heart of Belgravia. It is 7 minutes walking distance from Sloane Square Station and 8 minutes from Victoria Station. There is a lift in the building and a porter.

It is a 2 bedroom apartment, with one full bathroom in the apartment as well as one toilet. Amenities include the following: dishwasher, washer/dryer, Microwave, Nespresso machine, kitchen appliances. Bedding and towels will be provided.
