En-suite in Belgravia (gym + sauna+parking)

Hi,
I have an en-suite available in May and am looking for someone to take over the room.
The flat is in a building with 24/7 concierge, gym and a sauna and a parking space where you can store a bike or park your car. The flat also comes with a private terrace, which I really enjoy in the summer.
The flat is perfectly nestled between Victoria and Sloane Square, as it’s only a 10 minute walk from both tube stations.
The tenancy ends on the 7th of November, with possibility of renewal.
You’ll be sharing the flat with just myself. I work in an office 5 days a week, and I am lucky to be able to walk to work. I’m happy to go out for a pint or explore the best that London has to offer but am equally happy in my own company .
I am looking for someone who will enjoy living in the flat as much as I do.

Area: There’s Barry’s bootcamp, hot pod yoga, Sante pilates, cryotherapy and many cute restaurants and cafes nearby. There’s also a wework and a library just a couple of minutes down the road. On Saturdays there is a small organic market across the road and in 10 minutes you’ll also reach an even better market in Sloane Square.
