We Have a lovely single room in our beautiful house that we would like to rent out to a mature female professional or student .we are a family of four me my partner and two lovely girls plus 2 cats (mainly outdoors)we have a large kitchen and separate living room that you could have some quiet time and space if needed. We also have a garden and bbq area for winding down and catch up. it’s close to all amenities into central London if your looking for a lovely room within a fun homely home this will be for you as long as your trustworthy clean and don’t mind living with our family then this is the perfect room you have to view it to appreciate it. We will be taking an initial deposit and 1 months rent we are easy going and would like someone with similar characteristics. Bills are included. Please check the area so you see if it’s suitable before viewing Also due to being a family home we would ideally want someone who will not bring friends back and forth.
