I'm looking for someone to join me in my lovely 2-bed flat in Catford, as my current housemate is moving to Bristol. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and there's additional cupboard storage in the hallway if you need extra space. There's space for a desk in the room, and there's also space for two to work in the living room.

The flat has a bright, open-plan living room and kitchen, perfect for working from home, plus a large south-facing balcony that’s great for soaking up the sun.

All bills are included, with strong WIFI throughout. If you drive, there’s secure underground parking and bike storage too.

Everything you need is within walking distance—pubs, parks, shops, a gym—and there are two train stations just 7 minutes’ walk away for easy access to central London.
A bit about me: I’m 34 and work in tech, splitting my time between working from home and the office. I’m into the usual things—pubs, nights out, hikes, holidays. I’m social but often spend a few nights a week at my partner’s place, so you’ll have plenty of time to yourself.

I’m looking for someone with similar interests, ideally in their late 20s or over 30.

I am on holiday from 4th Sept to the 15th Sept, and may have limited signal for the week but will get back to people when I can.
