I’m renting out a private, newly furbished double room with bathroom in modern new build flat.

The flat is situated in a small apartment block with communal garden and comes with a big, and very bright shared living room and balcony. Easy commute to the city with bus stops 2min and Bellingham Station 3 minutes away; direct line on the Thameslink, 26 min to Blackfriars. Lewisham Hospital 10 min

You’ll be sharing the flat only with myself. I’m in the office 2 days a week, WFH the others. I'm very sporty and out and about a lot.

Please can you tell me a bit about yourself and your lifestyle if interested. Not suitable for parties / bringing crowds back to home, not suitable for full time work from home due to space.
