You'll be sharing with just me.

The room is currently used as a dressing room but will be newly refurnished, so you’ll get to have some input on what’s included and how it’s set up.

You’ll have access to:
- Kitchen, living room, conservatory, garden, and a shared home office
- Newly refurbished shared bathroom
- A great garden setup with a hot tub, tiki hut, and garden bar, perfect for relaxing or social evenings

Rent: £850 per month
Includes: Wi-Fi, utilities, and council tax

About 8 minutes’ walk to Bellingham Station (trains to Blackfriars) or a 20-minute walk / 5-minute bus ride to Catford Bridge (trains to Charing Cross & London Bridge).

A bit about me — I’m a single, 38, professional gay guy, I’m in no rush to rent the room; finding the right fit is important. I’m a naturist, so ideally looking for another naturist or someone comfortable with a clothing-optional home. I’d prefer a professional person, and it would be great if you’re LGBTQ+ or LGBTQ-friendly.
