Friendly single room in spacious Catford home SE6

Hi there,

We have a single room available in our spacious and welcoming home in Catford, SE6.

We are looking for a friendly, tidy and respectful flatmate who would enjoy living in a relaxed, clean and homely house.

The room is suitable for one person and comes with a single bed. It would be ideal for someone who wants a comfortable home rather than just a place to sleep.

The house is large and comfortable, with plenty of shared space. You will have access to two bathrooms, two living rooms, a spacious kitchen, lots of storage space and our lovely garden. The kitchen is a great size for cooking, and the garden is perfect for relaxing, having a BBQ in the summer, or enjoying some quiet time outdoors.

There is also parking available in front of the house, which is a great bonus if you drive.

You will be sharing with myself and another professional. We are a friendly household and like to keep the home clean and comfortable. We enjoy music, cooking, watching TV sometimes and having a chat, but we also fully respect everyone’s personal space and privacy.

Please note, this is not a party house. We are looking for someone mature, considerate and easy-going who appreciates a peaceful and respectful home environment.

We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household. We also have a lovely cat who mostly does his own thing, so the room would suit someone who is happy living with a pet.

The house is in a convenient location in Catford, with good local transport links, buses, shops and everyday essentials nearby. Bellingham Station is around 12 minutes’ walk away, and Catford / Catford Bridge stations are also within easy reach.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but smoking in the garden is fine.

We feel the room would best suit a working professional, ideally aged around 25–45, who is clean, reliable, respectful and looking for a calm place to live.
