Summer rental of a Comfortable double room in beautiful, vibrant, clean and safe Belsize Park, which is a stone’s throw from places like Primrose Hill, Hampstead, Camden and 15 min to centre . Room is in a Victorian mansion block flat on the 3rd floor. It has a use of a kitchenette and shower room shared with one another lodger (no living room). Kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, air fryer, hob, washing machine and dryer. The 2 lodgers share back of the flat privately and I live in the front. I may add that I travel c 5-6 months a year. Suits best an independent person. Room is furnished with a bed, desk, armchair and wardrobes. Rent of 900pm bills included.. Deposit is one month’s rent . Good broadband included. Belsize Park tube 5 min and Swiss Cottage 12 min away. Use of washing machine and dryer. There is a cat in the flat.
