PREVIOUS TENANT REVIEW:
We will soon be moving out of our flat at Haverstock Hill, and I can honestly say it was an amazing place to call home for the last 3 years. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood yet close to all the amenities you could need, including shops, restaurants, gyms and public transport. The flat itself is spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light streaming through the large windows. The layout is practical, with a modern kitchen containing plenty of storage cabinets and a large living room that's perfect for relaxing and dining. Additionally, the high ceilings add to the refreshingly spacious look and feel. The bedroom is generously sized too, and the storage space is ample, which made organising a breeze. What’s lovely too is that the building is secure and well-kept, and the landlord and his team are very responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or issues. Overall, living here has been a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant place to live.

The flat is fantastically located, with a 2-min walk to Belsize Park tube station, close to a Budgens and a Marks and Spencer's, among many other boutique stores and of course within 10-minute walking distance to the entrance to the lovely Hamsptead Heath.
The flat has plenty of storage space and is a lovely size for entertaining guests. Windows are E/W facing so it gets plenty of sun, which is particularly pleasant in the summer. The bedroom is nice and quiet.
We have not had any major issues with the flat whatsoever. The few minor issues have been dealt with very promptly by the landlord.
We have had a great 6 years living in this flat, now moving on to our own place.
