Hi! We're Lucy & Alberto (40yo) and we're looking for a friendly & tidy person to rent our double spare bedroom over OCTOBER & NOVEMBER.

{{{{ We'll be away for the month of December and will rent the entire place out. We'll be seeking another lodger in the New year. So if you were keen on a longer term arrangement, let's discuss! ---- Or it could be perfect for someone new to the city, whilst looking for something more long term. }}}}

Our home is LESS than a 5MINS walk to the NORTHERN LINE Station@Belsize Park which will get you to Tottenham Court Rd or Bank in minutes. It's also a 2min walk from a great pub garden or 10min walk to Hampstead Heath, for that needed contact with nature.


ALL BILLS are INCLUDED: gas, electric, WI-FI, TV license etc.
Also included is a weekly clean, basic household cleaning products such as washing-up liquid, clothes detergent, toilet paper, hand soap.


YOUR ROOM: has a double bed, & bedside tables; two large wardrobes with fitted drawers, a bookshelf and space for a desk &/or TV. It comes with double glazing, it's own adjustable radiator, good WiFi & some storage space. Huge windows looking west onto the woods. An amazing winter sun trap!


SHARED SPACES: we'll share a full bathroom upstairs (bath with power shower, WC, & basin) and a separate WC downstairs. Access to the fully fitted kitchen with everything you need, including use of the washing machine. You're also welcome to use the living/dinning room for evening meals.


ABOUT US: we're a married couple and keen environmentalists with roots in Mallorca. Lucy is English & Alberto is Spanish but we speak Catalan to each other. And we both speak English. Lucy works full time on Climate Change in Whitehall and Alberto is studying full-time (from home).
