There is a large roof terrace with views towards Hampstead. Good for sitting and relaxing on.

It is in a very convenient location; 5 mins walk from Belsize Park tube station, 5 mins from all the shops in Hampstead High Street and 10 mins walk to Finchley Road.

My two cats live with me so it helps to like cats.

I am looking for a quiet, respectful professional. Prefer female because they tend to be tidier. I own the flat and have done for years.
