I am looking for a laid-back and considerate professional to rent a bright double room with ensuite and private mezzanine lounge in a large 2 bedroom flat with a garden. Ideally, I'd like to find a flatmate who is looking for a home and enjoys a healthy mix of being sociable and doing their own thing.

The flat itself is on a leafy street just off Haverstock Hill and is perfectly situated for commuting: 100m to Belsize Park [Northern Line], 10mins from Hampstead Heath [Overground], and 10-15mins walk from Swiss Cottage [Jubilee Line]/Finchley Road [Metropolitan/Jubilee Lines]. There is no shortage of shops, bars and restaurants – and Hampstead Heath/Primrose Hill are nearby (perhaps it’s worth mentioning the Hampstead Heath Park Run on Saturday mornings at 9am for any keen runners!).

The room is at the back of the house and is both bright and quiet (LED spot lights recently installed). The mezzanine has an HD TV and leather sofa and the room has plenty of storage. The kitchen, (main) lounge, and garden are only shared with me – and the flat is really well equipped (washing machine, microwave, tumble drier, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer).
